Sarah Feist

Sarah Feist is a Licensed Master Social Worker who holds master’s degrees in social work and early Childhood Studies both from Walden University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Delaware.

Sarah is passionate about promoting individual and family wellbeing through client-centered psychotherapy. Sarah specializes in working with young children and families and is trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy. She also provides Therapeutic Reunification Services. Sarah is focused on supporting clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral challenges in childhood.

Sarah grew up in Annapolis, MD and has lived in Sussex County for more than 20 years. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading, and traveling. Sarah is married and the parent of three school-aged children.
