Erica Winn is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health who holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University in New Jersey. 

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Erica is dedicated to helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges with compassion and understanding. She believes in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives.  As a certified EMDR therapist, she incorporates evidence-based trauma treatment approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing. 

In addition to individual therapy, Erica has experience working with couples as well as providing reunification therapy and co-parenting counseling, helping families improve communication, rebuild relationships, and work through complex family dynamics.

Erica loves living at the Delaware beaches and currently calls Milton, Delaware home. In her spare time, she frequents the Delaware beaches and bike trails with her husband and children.
