Courtney Pitts is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) specializing in working with children, adolescents, and individuals navigating anxiety and trauma. Courtney believes in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
Courtney’s approach is grounded in humanistic and mindfulness-based practices, which means she focuses on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and strives to meet each client where they are. She integrates a variety of evidence-based techniques to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs, always honoring their lived experience and personal goals.
Originally from Kentucky, Courtney moved to the Delaware area in 2019 and has loved becoming part of this vibrant community. Whether she is working with a child learning to navigate big emotions, a teen finding their voice, or someone healing from past trauma, Courtney brings warmth, openness, and curiosity into every session.
Therapy with Courtney is a collaborative process. No one has to have it all figured out—Courtney here to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and move forward.
